MD BUILDING SERVICES, established in 1998, is a major provider of building, refurbishment and maintenance services to a growing number of clients in the southwest and south Wales. The company's success is due to an excellent quality of service provided by a skilled enthusiastic workforce and dynamic management.
 
 An extensive range of works is undertaken for public, commercial, retail, insurance and housing sector clients. People are the core of our business and quality of training in both skills and client service is paramount.

Dedicated teams, including carefully selected suppliers, ensure continuity of our work and close communication with clients.

All operatives are in company uniform with security identification cards, mobile phones and have equipped vehicles complete with satellite tracking systems. Giving us efficient and immediate response for our clients.  The company employs and maintains its own work force providing clients with well trained and disciplined operatives.

MD BUILDING SERVICES are a professionally run business formed over 11 years ago, supported by an experienced management team with a wealth of knowledge gained over many years working in the property maintenance industry. We believe in building a personal rapport with all our customers to develop a better understanding of their requirements and expectations, we pledge our clients direct access to all our senior management team for any enquires at any time during office hours.

MD BUILDING SERVICES out of hours have the skills to service multiple-trade term contracts, requiring 24 hour, 365 days a year support and the systems to provide timely feed back to their client on progress. Once you're a Client of MD BUILDING SERVICES, we'll give you a single number to access your dedicated customer service team. The Company applies everything learned over the years within the industry to give our clients the best personal service.

Specialising in providing a responsive maintenance service focussed on the occupant and client, we have the people and systems in place to achieve the highest levels of performance and customer satisfaction.

We understand the importance of providing a quality repair and of managing the way in which the repair is delivered. Directly employed tradesmen carry out the vast majority of our work giving our clients the assurance that tasks will be completed in the shortest possible time and to the highest standards.
The Company has a number of specially selected management teams, each headed by an experienced project manager, who will be a single contact with the client and who takes full responsibility for the management and construction elements to meet time, quality and cost criteria.

PUBLIC SECTOR

MD BUILDING SERVICES have carried out the service installations of many public sector buildings from local government to MOD sector. By being conscious of the sensitive nature of this type of work and having the ability to manage rigorous Quality
Control, we have been able to successfully satisfy our customer's requirements.
