Investors In People
Last year the company had a vision of looking into investing in their people in order to expand the organisation. In doing so they realised the growth of the organisation has been due to long term employment of staff. This gave rise to us thinking of how we could give thanks to our staff and their hard work of contributing to our growth. After various meetings we decided to go for Investors In People, which gave us a great opportunity of looking at our staff and how to improve the in which we operate. So after a long year of appraisals and assessment we have now achieved our goal and the privilege of joining “Investors In People”.
